Sunsets swimwear shown as AI lifestyle campaign imagery and clean studio e-commerce photography, created with On-Model

On-Model has become an important part of how we create visual content. We use it for both lifestyle campaign imagery and e-commerce photography, allowing us to present our collections across different channels while staying true to our brand. The flexibility to create new content from existing product images helps us respond faster to changing marketing needs without compromising the accuracy of the products we sell.

Greg Stager · Owner, Sunsets

For more than 40 years, Sunsets has designed premium swimwear from its home in California, known for exceptional fit, a signature separates concept and timeless style. As the brand produces both aspirational campaign imagery and high-volume e-commerce photography, keeping a consistent visual identity while staying agile has become central to how it creates content.

Sunsets uses On-Model by PiktID to create both, starting from the product images it already has.

You can jump straight to the published 2027 catalogs, or read on to see how the imagery is made.

One platform for campaign and product content

To simplify content creation across very different use cases, Sunsets generates both campaign-style lifestyle imagery and clean e-commerce photography from existing product images. The same product can be placed in an aspirational outdoor location for a seasonal campaign, or turned into a consistent studio image for the online store and retail partners, without organising a separate photoshoot for every collection or channel.

From a single set of product images, the team builds editorial on-model imagery for campaigns.

Because the workflow starts from the garment, one product can carry a whole campaign. The same striped bikini becomes three distinct scenes, ready for different placements and seasons.

Studio-clean for every storefront

The same source images also produce clean, consistent studio photography for product pages and retail partners: front-facing, evenly lit and uniform across the range, whether the piece is swimwear or resortwear.

The proof: published 2027 catalogs

The value shows up where it counts, in what ships. Sunsets built its 2027 catalogs, including Escape, Pacifica and Resortwear, using imagery created with On-Model: editorial covers, full-page campaign spreads and the e-commerce line sheets that carry every style and size. The pages below are screenshots from those catalogs, which were produced for print as well as online.
