AI Detail Repair: Fix Logos & Text
Detail Repair fixes a garbled logo, distorted text, or small detail by masking and regenerating just that region. AI retouch with no re-shoot.

You generate a product image and almost everything is right. The pose, the lighting, the garment, the background. But the woven brand patch came out garbled, or the printed text on the care label is warped, or there's a small artifact where there shouldn't be. Until now, fixing that one thing meant re-shooting the product or regenerating the whole image and hoping the rest came back as good as before.
Detail Repair removes that trade-off. Mask the one region that's wrong, regenerate just that region, and keep everything else exactly as it was.
What Detail Repair is
Detail Repair is a focused AI retouch tool: you fix a logo, text, or small detail by masking and regenerating just that area. The rest of the image is left untouched, at its original size and quality.
It's available today on every plan (Free, Basic, Pro, and Enterprise), at a flat 3 credits per variation. There are no resolution tiers, because the output keeps the size of your original image.
Here's a brand patch that came out garbled, repaired in place. Only the masked region changed; the rest of the shot is untouched.
How it works
You'll find Detail Repair in the On-Model sidebar under Utilities, next to Create Identity (look for the New badge). From there it's four steps, and the second one is optional.
1. Upload the image to fix
Start by uploading the image that has the detail you want to repair. This is the only image that gets edited; everything you do next happens on top of it.
2. Upload reference shots (optional)
If you have shots where the detail is clearly visible, add them as references (up to ten). They guide the result so the fix matches the real product, not just a plausible guess. No reference handy? Skip this step and let Detail Repair fix it from the image alone.
3. Mark the detail
Brush a mask over the logo, text, or detail you want to fix. The masked area is the only part of the image that will change; everything outside it is left exactly as it was.
4. Review and generate
Choose how many variations you want, up to four, then start. Each variation costs 3 credits, so a run of four is 12 credits. When the job finishes, compare the variations and keep the one that fits best.
Why it matters
This is a workflow fix, not a generation feature, but on a busy week it saves more time than most rendering tweaks:
- No re-shoot. Repair the detail in place instead of sending the product back to the studio.
- The rest stays untouched. Only the masked region is regenerated. Everything else is preserved at its original size and quality.
- Pick from variations. Each run gives you up to four options for the masked area, so you choose the best fit instead of accepting the first result.
- References keep it faithful. When the correct detail exists in another shot, Detail Repair uses it, so an AI logo repair matches the real mark rather than approximating it.
Common questions
What is AI Detail Repair? It's an AI retouch tool that fixes one part of an image. You mask a logo, text, or small detail, and only that region is regenerated. The rest of the image is left exactly as it was, at its original size and quality.
Can I fix a logo with AI? Yes. A garbled or incorrect logo is the most common use. Add a reference where the mark is clear (optional), mask the logo, and Detail Repair regenerates just that patch, an AI logo repair that keeps the rest of the shot intact.
How is this different from regenerating the whole image? Regenerating the whole image changes everything, so a good shot with one flaw becomes a brand-new shot you have to re-check. Detail Repair only touches the masked region, so a single fix never puts the rest of the image at risk.
Does it change the rest of my image? No. Only the masked area is regenerated. Everything outside the mask is preserved, and the output keeps the size of your original.
What does Detail Repair cost? A flat 3 credits per variation, on every plan. Generate up to four at once (12 credits) to compare and pick the best. There are no resolution tiers, because the output size is preserved.
